Our team is our biggest strength

Each staff member is carefully chosen for their values, which must align with those of our CPE, the quality of their interventions, and their experience. But above all, what unites us is our passion, our dedication, our sincere love for children, and our deep desire to make a significant and positive difference in your child's life.

Our team also includes:

• 26 full-time educators
• 3 specialized educators
• 3 coordinators
• One attendant
• One head chef
• A team of substitute educators
• A general director

Each staff member is meticulously selected through a rigorous interview process, verification of a minimum of two references, and a background check. All staff members also hold valid first aid certifications, including severe allergy management, from their first day of work. We take pride in caring for our staff and ensuring their continuous development through a training program, keeping us at the forefront of new trends in early childhood and child development in Gatineau.
