Our team is our biggest strength

Each member of our staff is selected for their core values, which must align with the values conveyed by the CPE, the quality of their interventions and their experience. Beyond everything, what unites us is our passion, our dedication, our sincere love of children and our deep desire to make a significant and positive difference in your child's life.

Our team is comprised of:

• 26 educators
• 3 specialized educators
• 3 coordinators
• one attendant
• a chef
• a team of substitute educators
• a general manager

Each staff member is selected with a rigorous interview process, verification of a minimum of two references and a police record check. All staff members also have a valid first aid qualification including severe allergies management from their first day of work. We do our utmost to take care of our staff and ensure their continued development through a continuing education program that is now on the cutting edge of new trends in early childhood.
